Main entrance door will be of solid wooden decorative with impressive door lock, apartment number plate. All internal doors will be with veneered flash door (PARTEX or similar). Wooden door frame. Round lock in all rooms. Bathroom and kitchen doors of durable PVC.

Plumbing

Water supply lines with superior quality G I pipes for geyser and other water lines are of good quality PVC thread pipe. Sewerage lines with good quality UPVC pipes and fittings. Rain water and waste water lines are of PVC pipes.

Wall Partitions, Ceilings & Paint

Internal and external walls of 5 inch thick 1st class auto brick. Wall surface and ceiling with smooth finished plaster. All exterior walls will be finished with weather coat paint of Berger or similar type. All interior walls and ceilings of the apartment shall be painted with SPD emulsion – Berger or similar.

Structural & General Engineering

Direct supervision of each and every stage of the construction work by an experience team of qualified civil engineer to ensure the highest quality of workmanship. Structural design based on Bangladesh National Building code BNBC-1993. Structure design to withstand earthquake of prevailing intensity seismic Zone – II complying with existing requirement of BNBC and cyclone winds up to 200 kph. Pilings and reinforced cement concrete foundation and frame structure. Systemic testing of materials for ensuring quality. Stone chips will be used for foundation, pilings & column RCC work and as required as per drawing. Brick chips for slab, beam & lintel.

A Sub Station will be arranged on the ground floor along with transformer, HT/LT panel, PFI etc. One stand by generator with canopy and change over from reputable foreign company to operate lift, water pump, lighting in common area of stairs & lobby, two lights and two fans in each apartment.

A generator to supply emergency power to operate lights in all common area and three lights and two fans in each apartment.

Kitchen

The floor of kitchen shall be finished with 12×12 inch RAK tiles or similar type. The wall up to door with 8×12 inch RAK or similar tiles. Good quality stainless steel single bowl counter top sink. Provision for double burner gas outlet over concrete platform & exhaust fan.

Electricals

Concealed electrical wires of BRB / Paradise / Evana cables or similar. Good quality switches, sockets and circuit breakers. Provision for air conditioner in master bedroom only. Independent electric meter and calling bell system for each apartment. Concealed outlets for telephones, intercom and satellite television.
